We urge you, partly because of the Covid-19, not to come to the counter with empty boxes.

The fastest and most convenient way is through our patient portal. You need to create an account for this.
You may also email your repeat prescription to herhaalrecept@huisartsenpraktijkblankenburg.nl. Please mention your name and date of birth.
Repeat prescription line:
You can call the repeat prescription line and clearly state your name, date of birth and medication.
